Nope! If you find email or video analysis more beneficial to your needs we can stick to that.
What ever you have will be great no need to go out and buy anything. I will adjust your program based on the equipment you have!
No biggie! You can start where you left off. There is no regimented day, build your realistic training plan. If that looks like 2x a week that is perfectly fine!
That is no problem, we can take it one month at a time and see how you feel. I know incorporating a new task into the week can be overwhelming, that is why I am here to support you in the best way that suits you!
