My name is Cassandra and I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. After working at different gyms I realized the fitness industry preys on women’s insecurities and lack of self-confidence.

My goal is to cultivate a safe space for women to harness their physical strength through weight training!

Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to teach and guide women to become stronger, more confident and capable.
