During our online chat you will have the opportunity to connect with our Mental Health Coach Chrissie! (Mental Health reflection can be completed after talk! provided in package)

Outdoor Activity!🏕

Take some time to enjoy a beautiful fall walk / run / bike ride/ or read your favorite book under a tree! Connect with nature!

Meet Jiana

My passion for athletics, health, and mindfulness practices are the foundation of every fitness program I develop. My goal is to make you feel empowered with every kick, elbow and punch. We’re going to unlock a new level of confidence in our 45-min Muay Thai class.

Meet Christina

Christina Broderick is a clinically trained Licensed Social Worker, a Psychotherapist, a Certified School Social Worker, and an Adjunct Professor, who is passionate about ensuring mental health becomes a priority for all.She has worked across the entire lifespan, from elementary-aged students to the older adult population, all covering a wide array of needs and challenges. Having a professional background in program coordination and management, as well as clinical support and services, Christina has been able to blend her experience with her expertise to work with clients internationally. Her passion stems from first-hand frustrations she experienced with the gap that exists in foundational mental health concepts and skills for all.Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish from La Salle University in Philadelphia and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University.

Meet Carissa

Carissa Stewart is a Nutrition Coach for women. She works closely with clients to build a strong nutritional foundation so clients find success in their goals, whether that’s around weight loss, strength gain, or increasing their energy. Carissa loves all things snacks, weightlifting, and connecting with women!

What if I’ve never trained before?

No prior training experience no worries! We are excited to provide you with an experience that will give you confidence and comfort while learning to navigate the fitness world!

I don’t have access to a gym or don’t feel comfortable going to a gym – can I still do this?

Of course you can! All you will need is your body, mind and laptop to participate!

What kind of equipment do I need?

No equipment, no problem! There are many different variations we can work with to help you get a good training in!

Hey Girl!

My name is Cassandra and I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. After working at different gyms I realized the fitness industry preys on women’s insecurities and lack of self-confidence.

My goal is to cultivate a safe space for women to harness their physical strength through weight training!

Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to teach and guide women to become stronger, more confident and capable. I’ve achieved this through weight training.
